The Advisor’s founder and sole principal is Mark Van Keirsbilck, a seasoned trader of agricultural futures products, He is responsible for managing all aspects of the Advisor’s operations, including trading decisions. Mr. Van Keirsbilck has been registered as an associated person and listed as a principal of the Advisor since it was registered with the CFTC on March 1, 2019. He also ran another registered CTA firm, Hoss Capital Management, which was registered with the CFTC and a member of NFA from June 21, 2011 through July 28, 2017. He was an associated person and principal of Hoss Capital Management during that time. The performance history of Hoss Capital Management is disclosed at page 17 of this Document. Mr. Van Keirsbilck has traded agricultural futures for his own account since registering as a floor broker on October 7, 1991. He held that registration until June 30, 2015. Mr. Keirsbilck holds a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma (1990). He and his wife have two grown daughters and currently reside in Edmond, Oklahoma.
